Job Description

- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

- Prepare Tax Invoices, cheques, bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

- Daily enter / key data of financial transactions in database

- Provide assistance and support to company personnel

- Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

- Ad-hoc duties assign by superior

Requirements

- Knowledge of basic book-keeping procedures

- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerial errors

- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

- Perform daily accounting tasks and able to help department run smoothly

• Receiving, storing, accounting for and distributing of goods
• Pick and consolidated goods for daily delivery
• Loading and unloading of goods on/from trucks
• Stuffing and unstuffing of containers
• Maintain stock in FIFO order
• Maintain daily record of freezer and chiller temperature
• Maintain safe work environment
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and office premises
• Cut grass in the premises
• Assist in processing of invoices when necessary

Job Responsibilities

• Process ready goods
• Mix and process ingredients according to recipes
• Perform packing, labeling and storage duties according to SOPs.
• Clean and sanitize the production kitchen with proper cleaning agents.
• Assist other areas of production as required by the Production Supervisor / Manager.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must be physically fit as he/she is required to lift and carry heavy loads and work in a cold environment
• Candidates able to perform simple machinery maintenance and repairs have an added advantage
• Candidates possessing valid Food Hygiene Certificates have an added advantage
• Able to work in a team and provide assistance to colleagues where needed

In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, operating forklifts, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring orders are complete and correctly packaged.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and organizing products for easy access.
• Shipping and Receiving: Support the receiving and unloading of shipments, verifying product quantities, and updating inventory records.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to warehouse safety protocols and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards before packing and shipping.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
• Optional to have a valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, as needed.
