About The Role

What You Will Be Doing

• Curriculum Operations Oversight: Participate in the operations of curriculum approval & updates, course fees, academic rules, quota, course registration and acquisition & delivery of course materials, course fees. Resolve issues with precision and timeliness.

Responsible for maintaining tax compliance and reporting of taxes to meet the company’s tax requirements. May provide services in tax research, audit responses and other specific tax-related areas. We’re searching for a Senior Assistant/ Assistant to be part of our Warehouse diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Ensure safety in all aspects of work, including carrying heavy loads, binning in, and the use of ladders. Reference to HIRA procedures.
• Maintain excellent 6S housekeeping standards in daily work activities
• Perform SAP transactions for warehouse-related tasks, including packing.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
• Enforce procedures for security wafers management, including security wafer packing.
• Identify and contribute to improvement projects, submitting projects into the SSMC Transform Portal.
• Assist in data analysis and preparation for yearly strategic planning.
• Review and update all operating instructions (OIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

More about you:

• Minimum GCE O Level / ITE / Polytechnic graduate.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of logistic experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in semiconductor warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated integrity and proactive work attitude.
• Proficient in SAP system operations.
• Conversant in Chinese for communication with Chinese-speaking associates.
• Accurate work with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent housekeeping skills.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Job Description & Responsibilites

• Perform daily AP duties, verifying invoices and monitoring payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, avoiding late payment penalties.
• Ensure AP invoices / expenses are properly authorised before posting and process payment when due.
• To recognise expenses in timely, consistent basis in-line with accounting treatment and tax compliance.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, discrepancies, disputes, and other concerns.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, tax regulations, and external audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all AP transactions to meet all periodical financial closing, audits and internal control requirements.
