Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Hotel General Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
• Provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and guests' request.
• Familiar with rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible.
• Ensures that all Front Office staff with guest contact responsibility is well-mannered and groomed as per company standard at all times.
• Resolves issues pertaining to guest’s negative feedback and manages the complaint effectively to maximize guest satisfaction and communicate to Management for any necessary follow up.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested. Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Cert in Hospitality or Tourism management will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
• Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong Leadership qualities including professionalism and excellent presentation.
• Good planning and execution skills with ability to be persistent while focusing on detail elements of tasks.
• Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized and able to work independently.
• Able to work on rotating shifts and on weekend/PH

5/6 days work week, any day Monday to Sunday, include PH

Shift 1: 7am-4.30am

Shift 2: 8:30pm - 6pm

Shift 3: 11am-7.30pm

• Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
• Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
• Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
• Perform Cashiering.
• Perform Billing.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
• Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

• Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage.

• Minimum "O" levels, 2 years of front-line / customer service related working experience.

• Requires computer literacy, good in mathematics, good communication skills, and excellent service orientation.

Job Description

• Providing administrative support to the Operations team by maintaining accurate records, carrying out sourcing and purchasing tasks, preparing invoices, keying in data, and submitting regular reports.
• Coordinating paperwork for M&E services, handling documentation for renovation works and reinstatement cases, and managing dealings and correspondences with tenants.
• Other ad hoc & general administrative and clerical duties.
