  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic partnerships, targeted campaigns, and event-driven initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to nurture leads and build strong B2B relationships.
  • Track and report on event and campaign performance, identifying insights and optimizing future lead generation activities.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align strategic goals with company objectives, contributing to planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in B2C user acquisition, retention, and B2B lead generation.
• Demonstrated experience in managing digital and event-based marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
