5. Perform administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal etc.
6. General housekeeping of the clinic to keep the place a safe and inviting place.

Inventory and other Administrative tasks

1. Perform timely claims (e.g. HSG, CHAS, Medisave, TPA)
2. Liaise with vendors (e.g. laboratory and radiology) for collection of samples and receiving of reports.
3. Manage rosters for Clinic Executives and locum Doctors
4. Attending to inbound enquiries from patients via various channels (WhatsApp, phone, e-mails)
5. Ensure good practices are implemented for inventory management and conduct periodic inventory reconciliation
6. Support the Clinic Director with reports on operations

• Store Operations: Assist with store tasks, such as maintaining a clean and organized store environment, visual merchandising, and supporting sales events.
• Inventory Management: Assist with store inventory management, including: Conducting quantity checks to ensure accuracy. Assisting with inventory reporting and reconciliation. Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or retail operations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin speaking customer)
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with retail management software and POS systems.

• Responsible for all aspects of the lab operation including equipment, employees, supplies, process, inventory, and documentation and operate laboratory in safely manner.
• Develop test capabilities and testing procedure to achieve targeted goals and budgets
• Improve lab process efficiency and cost reduction initiative.
• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates technical and support staff;
• Review and checking reports including Method Validation, External & Internal Correlation, Proficiency, Audit, Technical, Equipment Service etc.

• Handle procurement including quotation request and labware purchase for consumables, apparatus, equipment, instruments, maintenance and repair.

Main Responsibilities:

· Warehouse Assistant Role: Assist maintain and manage the stock inventory in warehouse including packing, picking and checking of stock for delivery.

· Delivery Driver Role: Assist to deliver goods to all department stores on times including loading and unloading works. Known Singapore route map well.

· Healthy body able to carry at max of 30kg of stock when needed.

· Diligent with good attitude.

· Some Warehousing or Delivery experiences prefer

· At least a class 3 Singapore driving license.
