We are a established measuring tools company, looking for an admin assistant to take charge of:

1. Keying in of invoice accurately.

2. Answering calls from customers (in Chinese and English).

3. Assisting online quotations and orders

• To develop, document and support the build of high precision plastic injection tooling and molded parts for manufacturing.

• Support Program team during upfront new project quotation stage by providing accurate upfront tooling/product DFM that matches the right quality requirements.

• To meet customer for DFM and mold concept review to ensure customer’s technical requirements and concerns are addressed.

• Support Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews before tool launch.

• Support Production in areas like molding process optimization, implement manufacturing fixtures and automation for reliability and efficiency improvements.

• Support Quality Team in the design and fabrication of test/measurement fixtures.

• To coordinate mold trials, tooling and molded part troubleshooting and carry out necessary engineering changes to ensure parts can be produced smoothly with the required quality.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Excellent technical analytical ability with strong interest for problem solving.

• Past working experience or knowledge of Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding Process or Manufacturing Process Engineering related field preferred.

Scope of Works:

• Assist Nutrition & Food Science teachers in food preparation, storage of food and general kitchen maintenance including mopping of floors for all classes and stock check.
• Assist in collation of food orders and liaise with the suppliers e.g., faxing or orders made by teachers.
• Assist in the checking of food delivery, proportioning of ingredients for cooking lessons and stock of food supply.

We are looking for a In-Door Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant. This role combines administrative support with coordination of the sales process to ensure smooth communication between departments and efficient customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination:Support the sales team in managing client accounts and sales leads.
   Prepare and process in door quotations, and contracts.
   Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
   Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
   Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
   Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
   
2. Administrative Support:Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.

Scope of Works:

• Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
