The Delivery Driver cum Warehouse Assistant role is a key position in the representation of customer service of our organisation. The main responsibility is to complete deliveries and collections, ensuring accuracy and safe practices, with handling goods (fragile, F&B, FMCG).

This role requires a good attitude, communication, and the ability to prioritise effectively. This is a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain and is an essential part of the customer satisfaction team.

Working hours:

• Work Days: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday 09:00am to 6.30pm; Saturday 09:00am to 3.00pm)
• Work Location: Kallang
• Monthly Salary: $2200 - $2700

Job Scope:

• Provide timely delivery to all customers islandwide
• Check and ensure loaded goods are of the correct types according to DO or Invoice
• Ensure that goods are delivered in good condition without delay or damage
• Ensure customer sign with their company’s stamp on our DO when receiving our goods
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads
• Adhere to the statutory and company’s safety policies, procedures and regulations
• Assisting in adhoc jobs assigned (mainly warehousing/packaging) when not scheduled to do deliveries or any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

· Class 3 (Manual) Driver’s License required, with minimum 2 years’ driving experience.

• 2 years delivery truck driving experience preferred
• Relevant warehouse experience advantageous, or otherwise display willingness to learn.
• Able to physically load and unload goods of 15kg - 20kg.
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin, service-orientated with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to use Google Map/Waze and Whatsapp
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

• Handle partial sets of accounts for multiple entitles
• Prepare journal entries and postings
• Assist in month-end closing
• Provide day-to-day assistance and administrative support to Finance department
• Suport audit related activities (eg. monthly stock count and annual stock take exercise)

FUNERAL ASSISTANT

• To supervise and assist in the collection of deceased from House, Hospitals,

Home, Wharf, Port, etc.

• To ensure that the name tag is on the ankle of the deceased.

• To supervise and assist in dressing and placing the deceased into the

casket.

• To ensure that the pallbearers and staff do not take anything from the

mortuary or belongings of the deceased.

• To supervise and assist in sending the casket and the deceased to the

destination of the funeral wake area.

• To perform Emcee service as and when requested by the customers.

• To supervise and conduct the funeral at Choa Chu Kang Cemetery, Tse Tho Aum,

Kong Meng San, Mandai Crematorium, etc.

• To check and help out in the cleaning and washing of all funeral accessories,

parlors toilets, staircase, garage, windows, etc. and tidy up the area.

• To drive all vehicles according to the validity of the driving license as assigned

by the management, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.
• Assist in liaison work with internal production units and external companies.
• Work with the production team to prepare/break down the finalized scripts for production. This includes arranging/scheduling and attending production meetings, location scouting, audition/casting meetings, set design meetings and script reads/rehearsals with the talents.
• Assist the producer on location/in studio during production with regards to crew, cast or crowd control. Requisition for props and costumes. Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.
• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production
• Help with all duties/follow up for post-production which includes media logging, transcribing, transferring of tapes, dialogue dubbing etc.

Requirements

• ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in Media related studies.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Production or Production related environment (TV or Film)
• Able and willing to work irregular hours.
• Able to speak, read and write Chinese in order to communicate with the Chinese departments and personnel.
