Key responsibilities:

• Provide IT support operation on daily basis, include below activities:

You will be part of the NUS College administrative team working closely with the Vice Dean (Outreach) as well as team leads and team members to oversee, optimise and strengthen administrative processes throughout the Outreach pillar, and provide support in selected outreach efforts. Admissions

• Oversee and establish proper file systems and workflows for the NUS College admissions process, focusing in particular on optimising existing workflows and allowing multiple team members to work together, as well as on audit compliance for the entire admissions process, including the end-to-end processing of applications from thousands of candidates and following through until accepted students matriculate
• Lead in internal and external audit reviews
