2. Liaise with Finance department as necessary to support in extracting necessary financial data for Division Leadership.
3. Support Division Leadership in procurement matters, ensuring to adhere to proper SOPs articulated in agency’s Procurement and Finance Policies and Manuals.
4. Update S&T division repository of staff data (birthdays, addresses) in a timely manner and maintain these records.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in any field or study; candidates with specific administrative qualifications will have an advantage.
• 5 years of experience in an administrative function (eg office administration, HR operations or Finance operations).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to connect with others and establish efficiency working relationships.
• Up-to-date with technology; proficient with MS Office tools and other IT enabling solutions.
• Good with details, persistent with follow-up and able to keep track of multiple priorities and which need attention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing potential client referral and conducting home visits to assess eligibility for intake into SCS services.
• Work with partner agencies and stakeholders, referring the clients and/or caregivers to those that can address their needs such as financial aid, healthcare, therapy etc.
• Providing information on details of services to new clients and their caregivers as well as family members.
• Engaging clients in a professional and respectful manner to understand needs and build rapport with clients and caregivers.
• Assist with the HH team on projects on basic to moderate palliative care needs clients.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the clinic including, but not limited to the following:

• Attending to walk-in patients
• Taking vital signs (height/weight/blood pressure)
• Performing clinical procedures (ECG), teaching will be provided on the job.
• Scheduling of appointments
• Dispensing of medicine
• Collection of payments
• Replying to patients' enquiries
• Processing online medical claims
• General housekeeping of the clinic, stock taking etc
• Any other duties assigned by the Doctor on duty

Requirements

· Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm, 2pm to 5 pm,

Saturday 830am-1230pm.

No nights, sundays and PH OFF

· Able to speak English, (mandarin/ malay/ dialects would be a plus)

· Prior experience would be a plus

· Computer-literate

· Enjoys meeting people with a passion for quality customer service, patient, willing to learn and able to work with colleagues in the clinic (clinic manager and Doctors)
