You will be responsible for supporting chefs in a specific section of the kitchen, assisting with tasks like washing, peeling, and preparing food. You'll also use various kitchen equipment such as mixers, special knives, and cutters. Also, your responsibilities include unloading deliveries, organising the storeroom, and maintaining cleanliness by washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide general administrative support and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficient company operation

· Lease, maintain, and coordinate company dorms, manage rental agreements, and provide local services

· Monitor and track the status of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and communicating any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

· Prepare proforma invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for import/export transactions, adhering to all relevant regulations.

· Places or changes price tags on merchandise; places tags, markers, or labels on product.

· Packs and ships packages according to instructions using boxes, packing materials, and sealing tape.

· Records or documents changes in data.

· Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate. Update computer system to enable accurate stock levels.

· Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.

· Gathers requisitioned supplies, merchandise, or materials and prepares for delivery or pick-up.

· Conducting and assisting monthly stock count.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance and Investigation team and ensure compliance investigation process is appropriately conducted.
• Proactively assist the business with identifying appropriate remedial and preventative actions to prevent a re-occurrence and to understand trends and to analyse and report on such trends.
