Miiv Flora is a 10 year old flower establishment. We are expanding and looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and passionate shop assistant to join the Miiv Flora team at our retail shop front.

In this role, you will be responsible for running the operation of the retail shop, assisting customers with their floral needs and for driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with their floral selections. Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs and preferences while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Actively promote and sell a variety of flowers, plants, and related products. Upsell and cross-sell items to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
• Product Maintenance: Monitor the freshness and quality of flowers and plants by adhering to proper handling and storage procedures. Regularly water and care for plants to maintain their health.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop front clean, organized, and visually appealing. Restock shelves and displays as necessary, and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash and credit card payments with precision.
• Customer Orders: Process special orders and requests efficiently, including preparing and delivering arrangements when needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth shop operations and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Floral & Hamper Arrangements - There will be opportunity to pick up floristy knowledge and flower arrangement skills during the course of your employment.

Qualifications:

• Self starter with positive and willing to learn attitude
• Experience: Prior experience in floral design or retail is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in English and Mother Tongue is preferred. Basic computing knowledge is preferred. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move flower arrangements, and handle various floral products with care.
• Availability: Able to commit to early morning shift. Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Patient care: Assisting with patient care.
• Patient records: Maintaining patient records, including recording medical history and entering information into computerized medical records as well as organizing, scanning, filing
• Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and answering telephone calls. Also scheduling imaging appointments and preparing the necessary paperwork.
• Administrative tasks: Performing basic administrative tasks, perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, collecting payments, filing insurance claims, Medisave claims.
• Promoting safety: Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment to promote patient safety.
• Mediating: Mediating between patients and healthcare providers .
• Guiding: Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities, procedures, giving directions.
• Others:Any other duties as required.

Job Description:

• Support the Program Manager in coordinating and managing project activities
• Assist in organizing internal meetings and discussions related to program deliverables
• Monitor and track project status and report updates to the Program Manager
• Help prepare documentation and reports related to Product Lifecycle Management
• Provide operational support to ensure efficient execution of project tasks
• Assist in managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of project milestones

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or support roles (preferably in OEM/ODM businesses)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible for proposing, managing and supervising all maintenance activities of the golf courses.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

(1) Plan and prioritize work, monitor course conditions and worker productivity, implement training and keeping records. Develop alternate plans adaptable to changing conditions.

(2) Roster course maintenance staff and supervise work being carried out to achieve the highest course maintenance standards.

(3) Inspection of the course condition on a daily basis and preparing weekly miscellaneous works summary for action to be carried out.

(4) Supervise the preparation of course for major tournaments.

(5) Perform monthly stock-take of fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides and ensuring stock cards are properly maintained.

(6) Work closely with maintenance supervisors on the up-keep of course maintenance equipment.

(7) Perform physical check on the condition of the course equipment on a weekly basis and prepare repair request as and when necessary. Propose for the acquisition of course maintenance equipment.

(8) Recruit and train new course maintenance staff.

(9) Maintain and submit staff records such as attendance, overtime, medical etc.

(10) Attend monthly Greens Sub-Committee and Staff meetings.

(11) Assist in the preparation of the annual course maintenance expenses budget.

(12) Plan, design and maintain all landscape and horticultural work involved within the Club premises.

(13) Supervise tree planting projects and any other projects as assigned by the Greens Sub-Committee.

(14) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of golf play, course design and turf management.
• An eye for detail to ensure quality control for tasks and highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented individual.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance and Investigation team and ensure compliance investigation process is appropriately conducted.
• Proactively assist the business with identifying appropriate remedial and preventative actions to prevent a re-occurrence and to understand trends and to analyse and report on such trends.
• Provide advice and support to internal parties including Senior Management and HODs of Corporate Office with related to litigation risk management, dispute resolution, settlement strategy, indemnities and other contract concerns as requested.
• Prepare reports of compliance findings, analytics and corrective actions for Senior Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a Degree with minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates with Accounting background will be preferred.
