• Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management or relevant Business Degree
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership capacity in managing team, stakeholder engagement, operations of Township
• Township / Grassroot Experience i.e. liaising with MP, Grassroot leaders, Residents etc will be an added advantage
• Good Knowledge of accounting, contracts administration, legislations and statutory requirements with regards to township properties.

Job Description:

• Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Use Info-Tech software to manage HR functions, including e-attendance, leave applications, and claims submissions.
• Assist staff with the use of the Info-Tech systems, troubleshooting any issues and coordinating with relevant teams for support as needed.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents, conduction tours, and handling exit formalities.
• Provide an orientation tour to all new hires, familiarizing them with the company culture, facilities, and key personnel.
• Prepare and distribute company memos and communications in both English and Chinese to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.
• Support general office administration tasks as needed.
• Assist in organizing company festive events and celebrations, coordinating venues, and materials to promote team engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirement:

• GCE 'O' Level.
• 1-2 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in Info-Tech software is required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare written communications in both languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.

-Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members, including setting expectations, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Support the professional development and growth of team members through coaching, training, and mentorship.

-Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department or team, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to policies and procedures, and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with other departments or teams as needed to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and achieve shared goals.
