• To support the Operations and coordinate, scheduling, and manage day-to-day activities
• To carry out daily inspection with client
• To attend to clients’ complaints promptly
• To carry out investigation to any feedback arising and submit report within the set turnaround time
• To resolve employees’ problems efficiently without unnecessary delay
• To ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed on time
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires
• Submission of reports
• Conduct regular toolbox meeting
• Any other responsibility as assigned by superiors

Job Requirement

• Min GCE ‘O’ level
• With at least 3 years of relevant housekeeping experience
• Good leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively with different level or personnel
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements

• Working Hours: 7am to 330pm (Mon – Fri)
• Alternate: Sat/Sun 7am – 7pm (Based on Duty Roster)
• Work Location: Must be able to work in the EAST Side

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
2. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts monthly to maintain accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
3. Audit Coordination: Prepare documentation for external auditors and assist in running audits.
4. Cost Management: Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
5. Compliance: Ensure all financial records meet established standards and criteria.
6. Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
7. General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a preference for those with leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills.
