Job Responsibilities:

• Experience with MYOB & Xero Accounting Software
• Check supplier’s invoice & seek approval before process payment.
• Prepare payment voucher and issue cheques
• Accounting report/Financial Statements Preparation/Bank Reconciliation
• Account Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Data entry
• Managing Emails and Calls
• Keeping track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including invoices and purchase orders
• Assist with Employees Grants & Claims
• Employees Petty Cash

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Administration/Accounting
• Familiar with Xero and MYOB would be advantage
• Basic accounting skills/knowledge
• Billingual (English & Chinese) - Director is chinese speaking and will require translation.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience
• Able to work 5 Days week

Expected Start Date: Asap

1. Preparation of maintenance schedule according to clients master schedule.

2. Preparation of progress report and submission

3. Procurement of material/ parts/ components

4. Technical assessment of systems and introduction of retrofit / replacement recommendation to clients

5. On the job risk analysis and preparation of risk assessment procedure.

6. Preparation of method of statement / process for presentation to clients.

7. Perform checks and inspections of entire systems including control parameters attendance.

8. Troubleshooting of fault / breakdowns and rectification according to authorities / clients requirement.

9. Perform full set of testing complying to authorities / clients requirement.

10. Perform maintenance program and complying to authorities / clients requirementt.

Working Location: 56 Woodlands Industrial Park E7

Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm

5 Days Work Week + 1 Saturday Per Month

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Preparation of invoices, Purchase Order, Delivery Order
• Restock office supplies & pantry refreshments
• Manage company insurance records
• Manage list of vehicles in the company(Renewal of Road tax, COE, Insurance)
• Upkeep record of company maintenance(E.g. Mosquito fogging record, cleaning record)
• Maintain & update workers records and files
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
• Monitoring of tenancy contracts

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
• Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently
• Resourceful and Team player
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
• Prefer candidates who are willing to commit at least 1 Year or more.
