Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are an independent premium spirits distributor, that seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant cum Accounting Staff. This role requires a blend of administrative, logistics, and accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will effectively manage office operations, support sales activities, and contribute to financial record-keeping.

What You'll Do:

Administrative & Logistics:

· Manage office operations, including maintaining records in the ERP system, coordinating deliveries, and general office management.

· Handle inventory management, including shipping and customs clearance for sales deliveries.

Accounting & Finance:

· Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely.

· Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, and submit CPF.

· Assist in bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and submitting GST declarations.

· Send Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.

· Ensure adherence to accounting standards and procedures.

Who You Are:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.

· O/A level/Diploma with basic accounting knowledge.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Authorized to work in Singapore.
