Job Description

• Management of the track access system and the publication of the weekly notice for restricted area access.
• Responsible for the day-to-day site operation such as operating the Railroad Vehicle (RRV), workshop machinery, OCC operation control and safety within the Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC).
• Coordination of Track Access Request, supervising and auditing of site operation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of SRTC.
• Able to support oversea assignment if necessary.
• Able to lead and take charge of a team of work group or contractor for building services/ structure maintenance works, core system (Signaling/ Comms/ Control) maintenance works, etc. within the Test Centre

Requirement

• Minimum local Diploma Certification in E&M Engineering discipline working in railway industry.
• Candidate with train testing and commissioning work experiences would be an advantage.
• Training will be provided to successful candidate to perform the railway operation duties.
• Will Knowledge of Microsoft Office application for report submission and presentation.
• Self-motivated and able to be crossed trained and keen to learn new skills.
• Able to lead and take charge of a team of work group.
• Possess a relevant Class 3 or 4 local driving license would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the BIM process in a design or construction organization.
• Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data
• Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
• Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
• Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.

Requirement

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering field
• Posses relevant certification recognized by BCA
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar capacity
• Expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD
• Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous
