Responsibilities:
The Part-Time Afternoon Frontdesk Admin Assistant will support the school’s front desk operations. The key responsibilities include:

1. Handling Communication:

• Convey messages to parents, students, and staff effectively and promptly.
• Attend to walk-in parents, visitors, and students in a professional manner.
• Handle inquiries related to late-coming students, sickbay usage, and other front desk matters.

1. Administrative Tasks:

• Record and maintain data on late-coming students and uniform loans.
• Update daily staff absence and student sick data in designated logbooks.
• Receive and register documents at the front office.
  Sort, organize, and store daily files at the office counter.

1. Running Errands:

• Support the school by running small errands as needed.

1. Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Undertake additional tasks assigned by school leaders.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

1. Academic Qualifications:

• GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent (preferred).

1. Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in general administration within a school environment is an advantage.

1. Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Internet-based tools like Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc.

1. Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students aged 13 to 17 years.

4. File Management:Sort and organize daily files at the office counter.
   
5. General Administrative Support:Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by school leaders.

Educational Qualifications:

• Preferably a GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent.

Experience:
