Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately key in date and details of items into the database or system.
- Sort and categorize items based on their description and category.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing the activities.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of records.
- Handle basic finance operations and managing customer inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating the delivery, including verification and documentation procedures.

Job Requirement:
- At least Diploma and above
- Preferable with 1 – 2 years of administrative experience
