This position will report to the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

The working location is within walking distance from Bras Basah MRT station and City Hall MRT station

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests, ensure smooth seating arrangements, and provide excellent customer service
• Process payments, handle cash transactions with precision, and utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
• Enhance the overall dining experience for customers by being a friendly and organized presence at the front of the restaurant
• Make reservations via phone or email and promptly respond to guest inquiries
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the restaurant menu and products to provide excellent service
• Maintain guest profiles and history, noting special occasions and requests
• Escort guests to their table and provide recommendation and information proactively
• Upsell special promotions and events to guests
• Adhere to the compliance of sanitation and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
• strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description

• Position Title: Assistant Operations Manager (Road Construction)
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat half day)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,900 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising and meeting with customers for road construction and resurfacing projects
• Assist with planning, executing, and monitoring road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing project progress
• Assist Operations Manager in all road and airfield runway construction projects including resurfacing operations-related matters, manpower, equipment, safety, and site surveys
• Attend meetings with customers and clients
• Decision-making for equipment and team allocation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification
• Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
• Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required
• Proficient in MS Office
• A class 3 driving license is required

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements for clients and senior management
• Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Supporting Financial Managers in the budgeting process
• Ensuring adherence to legal regulations and established accounting standards
• Assisting in the preparation of billing and tax documentation
• Partnering with the finance team to develop internal controls and policies
• Coordinating with the IT department to manage financial records and streamline system processes
• Developing and implementing solutions to address discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Excellent in business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, inclusive of 2 years in MNC company
• Minimum Diploma or Degree holders in Accountancy or Finance
• Good communication skills and well organized
