Job Scope

• Prepare workshop venues, including room bookings, setup, and managing participant registration.

• Organize, clean, and analyze attendance and workshop records using Excel (pivot tables) or PowerBI to track trends and maintain accurate data, including managing cancellations for sessions below minimum thresholds.

• Communicate professionally with instructors, providing reminders, addressing logistical needs, and assisting with any last-minute requirements.

• Manage email queries and offer on-the-spot support to participants when necessary.

• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field

• Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI

Job Scope

• Responsible for Billing process, issuance of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices.
• Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on order processing and delivery arrangement.
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all orders are delivered to customers within the timeframe.
• Issue PO to vendor and follow up on the scheduled delivery.
• Manual updates of stock balance in Excel. Coordinate with warehouse team on stock balance. Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant parties.
• Attend to phone calls and email queries.
• Any other duties assigned. Required Skills.

Requirement

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
