The Services required are set out as follows:

1) School Operations Assistant I:

Reporting to the Operation Manager (OM), the candidate will assist him in supervisory function s well as carrying out the following duties:

• Maintaining the security and safety of school premises and property;
• Operation school burglar alarm system;
• Operation school auto lightning warning system;
• Resolving school traffic movements;
• Ensure operations department’s projects or works are completed timely;
• Being the security OIC under the school emergency structure;
• Assist OM in managing the contractors and to ensure that the contractors abide to the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA);
• Working with school Managing Agent and contract cleaners on the maintenance of school cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Description

• To plan and develop sales channel to achieve budget
• To organize and implement sales strategies in compliance with Company’s direction
• To review market plans and sales targets of existing customers
• To conduct market surveys, business plans for evaluation of up-to-date customers’ requirement
• To monitor customers’ sampling, price negotiation, sales order management, market need analysis

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of working experiences.
• Experience industry : With construction background and familiar with adhesive material or tape
• Excel basic knowledge
• Frequency of travel: Roughly 1-2 times per month to ASEAN country

Job Responsibilites

• Front line patient services by performing the functions of registration, cashiering, handling enquiries, financial counseling, in-flight bill follow up and posting of charges
• Chair side assistance if required
• Ensure that patient enquiries are attended to
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Assist in the retrieval of records and return patient records
