As the Assistant Fleet Control Manager, you will oversee vessel performance, provide technical support, and contribute to fuel-saving initiatives. Engage in research, manage ship projects, and communicate vital information to stakeholders in the dynamic maritime industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting performance analysis of vessels
• give instructions to vessels and offer technical support to owners for fuel saving initiatives
• communicate with shipowners or ship managers for all technical matters, supporting operator to recover trouble vessels
• Assist in maintaining and purchasing AMP containers
• Engage in research and development of new technologies in the maritime industry (biofuel, container battery systems etc)
• Assist with ship management projects, including supervising of ship management companies responsible for our owned vessels
• Monitor real-time vessel performance data in systems
• Manage and maintain fuel oil quality standards
• create and distribute external technical circulars to communicate important information to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering
• Seafarer license as a Marine Engineer is a MUST
• Minimum of 3 years of onboard experience as a seafarer or marine engineer
• 3rd/4th Engineers
