We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager for our restaurant - Quay House a 45-seater restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will also be responsible for the Wait Staff team.

• Assist in leading the restaurant efficiently in delivering high standards as well as being responsible for the top line revenue and profit.

• Ensure that the opening and closing procedures established for the restaurant are followed.
• Assign responsibilities to subordinates implementing a multi-tasking principle and check their performance periodically.
