The IT Team Lead/Assistant Manager will assist with the conceptualization, proposition, sourcing, implementation, support & upgrade of new or existing IT systems in a timely & cost-effective manner, to support Care Corner's evolving strategy to deliver services more effectively in an increasingly digitalised & connected world.

This role will provide business, technical & administrative support to internal teams, vendors, funders, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, both for IT system/project implementation as well as day to day IT operations, including contracts and subscriptions, data protection and cybersecurity, as well as end-user support and training.

The IT Team Lead/Assistant Manager will report to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, and may have direct or indirect reports.

Job Duties:

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Min GCE N/O Levle or Nitec / Diploma in any relevant discipline with relevant accounting qualifications
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

Position title : Clinic Assistant

Location: Rotation among 3 clinics

Working Days: 5.5 days

Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm , 8:30am - 1:30pm

Salary : $2,300 - $2,800 [ Depends on experience ]

Job Scope

• Provision of basic healthcare duties
• Provide assistance to the doctors
• Perform basic triage, assist in minor procedures
• Maintain inventory and perform quarterly stock take

• Main job scope is on dishwashing but to assist in kitchen duties as and when required.
• Assist in preparing mise en place, including chopping, slicing, measuring ingredients and other routine tasks.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Carry out stewarding and housekeeping duties.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

• Assist with applying and removing makeup on clients or models
• Stock and maintain makeup inventory, ordering replacements as needed

• Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate - Surgical Specialist Clinic

We are looking for a team player with a passion in healthcare to provide a quality patient experience with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent front-line customer service to our patients and meticulous administrative support in our surgical specialist clinics.
• Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the clinic and consultation rooms (e.g. chaperone during consultation, organize and provide instructions to patients for investigations or procedures).
• Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, financial counselling on procedures and services, trigger/process insurance claims, as well as other administrative duties.

Requirements:

• A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong passion to serve in healthcare.
• Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' or Higher.
• Possess good computer skills, good customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be advantageous.
