Job Scope:
• Assist in managing daily contact centre operations professionally via phone-in, email and walk-in.
• Collaborate with contact centre staff to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Provide immediate attention to customers' needs and follow-up with appropriate resolutions
• Enhance customers’ experience by executing satisfactory service recovery actions
• Achieving the set targets for productivity and quality
• Complete fulfilment of application and renewal of contracts for both Residential and Business customers
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
