Key Responsibilities:

Key Duties:

1. Data Entry & Record Keeping - Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
   Organizing and filing documents (physical and electronic) for easy access and retrieval.
   
2. Order Processing and Preparation - Handling order entries, preparing and packing orders, or coordinating shipments.
   Ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.
   
3. Inventory Management - Monitoring and tracking inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy. Assisting with stock ordering, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
   
4. Payment Reconciliation - Ensuring all payments and transactions are accurately recorded. Reconciling payment records, invoices, and receipts to ensure financial accuracy.
   
5. Communication & Correspondence - Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Drafting and proofreading internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and letters.
   
6. Office Organization & Tidiness - Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient office environment. Handling office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and placing orders as necessary.
   
7. Customer Service & Support - Interacting with clients, customers, or vendors in person, over the phone, or through email.
   Providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues as needed.
   
8. Document Management - Creating, updating, and organizing files, ensuring that they are compliant with company policies. Preparing and printing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings or presentations.
   
9. Support for Other Departments - Assisting other team members or departments with administrative support as needed. Handling ad-hoc tasks like research, travel arrangements, or project coordination.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with their activities of daily living (ADLs): namely feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring and mobility
• Record patient’s vital signs timely and accurately.
• Assist enrolled/registered nurses in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and nursing care requirements.
• Assist in escalating patient’s condition to registered nurse or resident physicians when necessary.

• Assist 24-hours walk-in clients during treatment and consultation.
• Provide chaperon for female patients when needed.
• Escort client from one department to another within the hospital, if needed.
• Participate in quality improvement projects to improve quality and standards in nursing care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient care and monitor the progress of patients.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintaining and recording patients’ medical records accurately.
• Assist in housekeeping and refer to the housekeeping team to maintain a safe environment.
• Performs other duties assigned by Nurse Manager and/or Immediate Superior.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Completed at least 10 years of school education, both locally or internationally.
• Be able to speak basic English.
• Applicants with a Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or a Professional Certificate in Inpatient Care or Eldercare will have an advantage.
• Prior working experience in Healthcare Institutes such as Acute Hospital, Community Hospital or Nursing Home will be preferred.
• Be able to work on rotating shifts up to 12 hours (average 44 hours per week) that include night shifts, weekends and public holiday.
• Team player with a good attitude and aptitude.
• Those with other relevant clinical experiences may be considered.

Ability to communicate with Mandarin and English speaking patients

Responsibilities :

- to assist doctor and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic

- perform front desk duties - registering patients, answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs

- cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkepping, filing of documents

- dispensary duties

- clinical duties - assisting in various clinical tasks eg. ECG, dressing, minor surgical procedures

- inventory duties

- submission of claims for patients under insurance and company employee benefit schemes
