• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of industrial automation, jigs and fixture design, FMEA, SPC, CAD, and machine design is a plus
• Strong project management skills and self-disciplined
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel when necessary
