Responsibilities

• Achieving client retention by supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) in providing stellar service to high net-worth clients and following up promptly on client calls or queries.
• Partnering Client, Business Support and service providers to ensure prompt transaction processing and smooth delivery of client requirements.
• Acting as key client proxy for initiating client instructions, tracking & monitoring transactions, preparing relevant administrative loan documentation & instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promptly recognizing and appropriately escalating issues to Management. Manage meetings and travel arrangements of RMs.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a banking service role.
• You possess knowledge of banking products and services such as foreign exchange, bonds, equities, derivatives, fund management products and financial structures.
• You’re familiar with bank and regulatory requirements.
• It helps that you’re meticulous and a great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director, with the added responsibility of creating basic videos for social media marketing. This role combines traditional personal assistant duties with a creative edge, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation and filing.

• Maintain and organize records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Social Media Marketing:

• Create basic video content for social media platforms to support marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with the Director to develop creative ideas for promoting the brand.

• Assist in posting and managing content across various social media platforms.

• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

Logistics and Personal Assistance:

• Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other logistics.

• Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling personal appointments, errands, and purchases.

• Ensure the Director’s personal and professional commitments are met effectively.

Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external parties.

• Liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

• Handle inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with video creation tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
