Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure the database is up-to-date.
• Regularly review stock levels and usage trends to prevent overstocking or shortages.

• Provide administrative support during inventory audits and end-of-year stock takes.

Ensure inventory is sufficient for the operation of the outlet, and order when stocks are low

Ensure outlet is well kept and regularly cleaned and free from pests

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline
• Scheduling, monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members including reviewing of tax computations, GST computations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law
• Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients
• Develop and inspire a motivated team to be client-centric with competent people skills to engage with clients, response to clients in timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.)

The Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (ISCE2) was established by A*STAR in 2022 to support Singapore's sustainability goals, including the Singapore Green Plan and Zero Waste Masterplan, through strong international partnerships with industry, public agencies, and academia. ISCE2 is located at Jurong Island.

You will play a key role in supporting the monthly manpower report, grant management, grant utilisation and financial planning of ISCE2. As part of day-to-day operations, you will also be involved in updating of manpower allocation in SAP and coordinating with various stakeholders for manpower budgets and projection. Job description:

• Analyse monthly manpower reports, monitor grants utilisation for manpower and prepare for presentations as and when needed

The role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving Love, Bonito’s global social strategy.
