Our Requirements:

• Min. qualifications of A levels or Diploma
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
• Tech savvy

Responsibilities :

Liaise with internal employees and customers on transportation/delivery arrangement

Handling of import & export documentation for custom clearance and preparing the necessary documents

Liaise and followup with airline carriers/forwarders/carriers for shipment /delivery status

support any other duties as required in the department

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of working experince in Shipping/logistics industry

Can communicate in both English & Mandarin

Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office ( word and Excel)

Remuneration :

Basic Salary : $2600 -$3500

( Depending on experience )

Working hours - 830am to 5pm ( Monday to Friday)

Entitled to 14 days of Annual Leave ( upon confirmation )

14 days of Medical Leave

We are looking for an Account Assistant to join our team, training will be provided.

Job Description

• Liaise with owners/charterers on payments and invoices, monitor and track outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes
• Allocate cash/credits to invoices and debtors and prepare interoffice collection reports
• Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders related to credit control
• Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly.
• Enter fixture slips into the invoicing system
• Support the Credit Controller or Head of Finance with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Qualification : Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Patient, Tactful and Meticulous
• No prior experience required
