Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

• Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries correspond to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.
• Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Good communication, pleasant disposition and inter-personal skills.
• Basic Proficiency in MS Office like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level with a credit in English.
• Preferably have at least one year of past experience working in a school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable to maintain & monitor the schedule of equipment’s’ renewal as to fulfil the statutory requirements (e.g. Lifting gear)
• Responsible to raise the departmental purchase requisition for approval
• Handle and coordinates on the incoming and outgoing invoices and delivery orders
• Work with Logistic Assistant to cross check and confirm on the machinery movement for billing
• Perform data entry and ensure on the accuracy
• Maintain appropriate filling of documentations for easier retrieval
• Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or any other relevant field of studies
• 1 years relevant experience
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office

Job Description

Stock Placement: Help organise inventory within the warehouse, following a structured system for easy access and flow.

Space Utilization: Assist in optimizing warehouse space by following guidelines for product storage and maximizing storage capacity.

Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the warehouse is clean and well-maintained, adhering to safety and health regulations.

Data Entry and Reporting

Record Keeping: Update and maintain to track inventory, shipments, and orders.

Generate Reports: Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports on stock levels, order status, and other warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.
