Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri. 8.00 am - 5.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain a complete set of accounts.
• Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
• Perform month-end closing activities and procedures.
• Help with the annual accounts audit.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Proficient in using MS Excel and accounting software.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
