• Assist with the creation of Transport Handbook.
• Prepare slides required for meetings and presentations.
• Observe PDPA regulations when handling all persona data.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:

· Previous experience in transport or event management or logistics and supply chain management.

· Knowledge of relevant software such as MS Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint.

· Current student studying Nitec/WSDip/Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.

· Familiarity with the transport operations is an advantage.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed before and during the event, including weekends and public holidays during pre-games or games-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide support to customers and managers
• Perform sales administrative and order management functions
• Handle customer enquiries and correspondences
• Liaise with various departments on planning, delivery, quality, engineering and registration matters
• Provide design and administrative support in marketing materials and corporate website
• Any other sales administration and marketing related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Engineering
