Our client is seeking a highly motivated and conscientious Assistant Store manager. In this role, you will be supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, foster an exceptional customer experience, and optimize the overall store performance.

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Store Manager in daily store operations including customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising and brand promotion
• Open and close the store during shifts and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functionality

Job Requirements:

• Have a Diploma/bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Retail/Logistics, or any related field, and/or Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail management, or equivalent
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, serving as a role model for the team
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the staff and collaborate with upper management
• Proven conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency for internal team
• Good time management and organizational skills to ensure tasks deadlines are met
• Experience in recruitment and performance evaluation processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide transportation service for company staff from designated pick-up points to workplace and vice versa.
