As a successful candidate, you will receive full training in marketing work, working closely with worldwide colleagues in marketing department. Training supervised by an assigned tutor will take place on the job during the first six months. Depending on your background, you will be assigned to work on basic marketing projects. Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• To assist the Project Engineer for the execution of contracts progress.
• To co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule.
• To monitor and carry out quality check on progressive completed work and make recommendation for effective project management.
• To assist in the preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings.
• To assist Project Engineer on all other project administrative matters.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience in M&E or construction industry.
• Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
• Willing to travel & based at the project site.

• Preparation of cheque payments, payment certificates, outstanding payables report
• Management of monthly cash book - payment vouchers, cash vouchers, showroom vouchers
• Verifying of staff claims
• Filing, archiving and safekeeping for all invoices and statement of accounts
• Bank Statement & Cash Book reconciliation
• Calling customers for payment and follow up on receivables issues and security deposits
• Other assigned ad hoc duties
