Qualification

• Preferably at least a Diploma in healthcare related.

• Source and liaise with new or current supplier in purchasing operation with proper evaluation process such as good quality, service, price competitiveness and others
• Ensure sufficiency of stock by monitoring and replenishment in order to fulfill requisition of the respective staff, and job sites

Admin Assistant

· Daily check run through of voice mailbox, mobile (SMS/Whatsapp)

· Timely receive customers’ orders/enquiries via phone calls, emails, messages, fax etc.

· Data entry/Filling for Checklist, Issue of Invoices/Debit/Credit note, stock and commission record

· Familiar with AutoCount Accounting software and experience in operating

· Familiar with MS Office (Microsoft word and excel) to be able to prepare Quotation and Standard agreement, etc

Delivery Coordination

· Familiar to Singapore demographic, culture and streets location for the need to scheduling to fulfil delivery orders and requirements

· Plan out daily schedules of delivery personnel on next working day delivery and the closure of cash payment/paynow/online transfer invoices with delivery personnel and walk in customers.

· Daily AM/PM run through with delivery personnel on tally stocks with ‘in and out’ stock balances.
