Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 9 hours inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.

• 2 shifts: 7am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm (subject to the Authority’s discretion and work arrangement) for reception and administrative function.

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Job Scope:

• To monitor the performance of the systems using the Monitoring Control Console (MCC) workstation
• Perform remote troubleshooting if required
• Compile data and generate Fault related reports
• Assist in systemwide software deployment activities
• Monitor performance of the systems post software deployment for potential faults/issues
• Generate backend reports for investigation purposes
• Create Work Orders in the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to record details of fault troubleshooting
• Support in all systems and MCC workstation related task
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Nitec in Engineering
• No experience are welcome to apply- Training will be provided
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel)
• Able to work on rotating shift, on Weekends & PHs

• Working Hour: 5 Days Rotating Shifts including Weekend & PH (7am to 4.30pm / 1pm to 10pm)
