3. Any Other Duties

• Provide relief assistance/support when teammate is on leave.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Qualifications

• Min GCE‘O’ Level, Certificate in Administration, or equivalent.

2. Experience

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in general administrative duties.

3. Additional Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and administration skills are essentials and the ability to prioritise the workload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels, including the volunteers.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conceptualize, execute and manage fund-raising projects to meet department’s budget
• Develop and prepare fund-raising proposals for corporate and school partnerships
• Solicit sponsorships and manage fund-raising events with various stakeholders

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Campaigns management is an advantage

The Opportunity

• Prepare and post entries for month end closing.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of stocks, clearing accounts and customer loyalty programs to the general ledger.
