ā¢ Coordinating the implementation of the Safe Management Measures for the store.
ā¢ Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area & understanding the importance of hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.
ā¢ Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace.
ā¢ Establish contact and developing relationships with customers.
ā¢ Recommend hairstyle, coloring and treatment, according to the clientās preference.
ā¢ Hands-on experience in coloring, rebonding, hair setting, hair perm techniques.
ā¢ Style customer's hair to desired effect, including shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, etc.
ā¢ Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
ā¢ Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.
ā¢ ordering and replenishing supplies, completing accounting duties, adhering to hygiene standards, and overseeing customer service.
ā¢ Inform clients about new services, Promotions and discounts.
ā¢ Liaise with external Marketing Company on the Salon promotion campaign & advertising.
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 5 year working experience.
ā¢ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
ā¢ Friendly, outgoing, creative mindset and a good eye for design.
ā¢ Able to work any shift or split shift
ā¢ Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday.
Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
