• Base Period: 2 January 2025 – 31 December 2025
• Option to Extend: One additional year, exercisable at the discretion of the Authority before the expiration of the initial contract period.

Responsibilities:

The Admin Assistant (Printing) will support the school's daily operations related to printing and photocopying. Key responsibilities include:

1. Photocopying Support:

• Facilitate all photocopying requests for lessons from teachers.
• Process photocopying requests from other school stakeholders.

1. General Administrative Duties:

• Perform additional tasks as required by the school administration.
  

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (inclusive of a 0.5-hour paid lunch break).
• Off-days: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
• School Holidays: Services will not be required unless specifically requested by the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of primary school education.

1. Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with operating photocopying machines.
• Prior experience in handling photocopying tasks is advantageous.
