- Must be able to handle pork and alcohol
-In Charge of all kitchen station and team, reports to the Sous Chef / Restaurant manager
- Provides training to the juniors once you are independant
- Physically Fit and able to handle fast pace kitchen environment
- Standing air con environment
- Good culinary, cutting skills and prep knowledge
- Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
- Positive attitude and good teamwork
- inventory and ordering skills.
- Schedule planning, time management skills
- Posseses common sense and is willing to learn new things.
6-8 off days per month.
