• Co-ordinator with warehouse department for the RM arriving.
• Sorting out the original shipping or delivery documents to each department (Account dpmt & QA dpmt)
• In charge of claim settlement when receiving damaged goods (to inform supplier with claim note)
• Verify Invoice and Update the data to Import file.
