Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of airport attractions and programmes for passengers and tourists.
• Support marketing efforts through content creation for social media, newsletters, and other promotional platforms.
• Help monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including business operations and coordination with vendors.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to support marketing and operational strategies.
• Assist in drafting reports and providing insights on the performance of marketing campaigns and programmes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of events and programmes.
• Manage administrative and on-ground tasks related to marketing and business operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent. Open to entry level candidates with relevant internship experience.
• Prior experience in marketing and/or events is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good project management skills.
• Proficient in Canva / other design software is a plus
• Strong photography skills are a plus

Job Scope

· Handle front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment

· Provide Administrative support and scheduling appointments for patients

· Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required

· Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times

· Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· Min N/O/A Level

· Able to commit to the working hours

· Computer savvy
