Job Description:

•Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;

•Identity all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;

•Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management;

•Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensuring all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;

•Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;

•To implement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;

•Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system;

•Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements;

•Prepare and support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;

•Conduct physically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;

•Candidate are required to provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of the month); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once management request;

•Candidate are also required to ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times;

•Filling and arranging of documents;

•Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor.

Job Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least Secondary
•Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
•Forklift License will be advantage
