Responsibilities :

• Prepare quotation & issue PO to suppliers & vendors
• Answering phone call, enquires and email from supplier
• Handle order processing and status
• Monitoring and review inventory
• Contact and liaise with suppliers for price negotiation
• Tracking order status, shipping coordination with supplier and ensure goods timely delivery
• Any ad-hoc administrative duties by supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experiences will be added advantage
• Manufacturing & Engineering background will be advantage
