Job Scope

· Assisting photographer and makeup artist

· Ensure photography session is smooth

· Respond efficiently to client's enquiries with appropriate information

· Establish, maintain and enhance relationship with clients

· Assist in gown adjustment

· Assist in bride and groom during the whole photoshoot session.

Requirement

Female candidates required due to nature of assisting female brides.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the supervisor to schedule jobs for truck attendants and production team

· Manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved

· Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management

· Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export

· Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained

· Ensure Production Site complies with Work Safety and Health (WSH) so that housekeeping, quality, safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection requirements are met

· Work with Safety Officer to ensure all Safety Compliance measures are adhered to

· Ensure cleanliness of the Production/operation area and dormitory

· Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years working experience

· Experience in handling machineries

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation.
• Handle general ledger entries and month-end closing procedures.
• Support the finance team in any ad hoc tasks or projects.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
