• Plan and conduct regular coaching and internal assessments to ensure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Partners QA to compile, evaluate and report audit findings to senior management, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Partners the relevant departments to support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Ensures compliance with all laws and licensing requirements, as well as Company policies and procedures
• Supports the research, design and development of quality initiatives to improve, enhance, innovate and/or introduce new approaches and programmes in quality excellence.

3) Capability Development

• Ensure effective onboarding for all new hires as part of their job induction.
• Coach centre leaders to identify training needs as part of the staff’s Individual Professional Development Map (IPDM).
• Mentor and coach centre leaders in the execution of their duties, honing their skills, and getting them ready for the occupation of their roles.
• Mentor and coach centre leaders and educators in quality excellence, improvement projects and initiatives.
• Collaborates with Departmental Heads and centre leaders to identify key areas requiring training and develop program requirements unique to each staff level in grooming identified performers for higher level positions
• Serves as a training and development resource person, promotes and advocates quality human development activities and projects at organizational level and outside the organization at industry level.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager – Investments Equity. The incumbent is responsible for producing quality investment ideas and covering portfolio companies. Assisting the Portfolio Manager in managing portfolio in his absence. Overseeing all the trading activities for the Equity portfolio on a daily basis while assisting the fixed income trading when the Fixed Income PM is on Compliance leave.

Job Description

• Conduct research and suggest companies for investment from the allocated industries and any other investable company.
• Provide investment materials on companies and keeping track of companies and industries.
• Understand companies positioning, business potential, possible threats etc for recommendation for investment ideas and buy / sell decisions.
• Evaluate solid businesses / companies eligible for re-rating.
• Managing communication of investment philosophy, and match investor expectation by beating the market
• Oversee the portfolio under the guidance of Portfolio Manager where they deem necessary.
• Ensure compliance to investment rules
• Implementing the trades on a regular basis as per the requirements of the portfolio using the system
• Assist to reply to investor queries related to the portfolio/Macro
• Preparing investor reporting material wherever required for different funds Monthly, Quarterly and adhoc
• Preparing internal presentation for fund discussions

Role Competencies

• Mid Cap exposure or people with stock specific expertise.
• Able to grasp concepts readily
• Deep understanding of equity investment processes, capital markets, companies & sectors.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Able to provide first class services that includes asset allocation, fund portfolio construction for investments, backed up with adequate research.
• A good and focused team player
• Able to prepare and organize research materials in the form of a report logically as well as in the form of a presentation that is readily understood by the reader.
• Knowledgeable with internet & high value information resources like Bloomberg, Thompson research etc. will be an added advantage.
• Some knowledge of trading and the systems used for the same
• Some knowledge of portfolio level allocation

Requirements

• CA / MBA or post-graduate degree in Finance/Economics, with 6-10 years of experience in Analysing Indian Equities
• Able to meet MAS licensing and Fit and Proper requirements in respect of regulated Fund Management activities
• Conceptual Clarity.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Highly motivated, dynamic, hardworking and eager to succeed.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibility:

• Update the daily cash book, and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers
• Distribute and allocate customer funds to relevant departments, and update weekly foreign exchange rates in the system
• Send weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports
• Arrange bank transfers, enter transactions into the system
• Update staff leave records weekly and email the GST payment status each Friday
• Process staff reimbursement claims, print timesheets, and place orders for supplies and stationery
• Make accrual entries for staff claims and sundry creditors, manage office/warehouse repair requests, and process daily visitor and airport pass applications
• Organize company events and provide HR support as needed, and serve as backup for the Accounting Executive
