Role Summary:

You are responsible for ensuring robust infrastructure, managing servers, databases, analyzing system operations, and supporting digital transformation in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the IT infrastructure to ensure the seamless operation of a semiconductor intelligent manufacturing.
• Handling digital transformation initiatives within the organization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Navigating the complexities of international IT projects, ensuring successful collaboration and cross-cultural teamwork.
• Assisting in Fab infrastructure system solutions.
• Performing server, storage, and database management to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.
• Conducting system operation optimization analysis to identify and implement improvements for enhanced performance.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology is preferable.
• Knowledge of SPC, FDC, CIM, and Full Automation
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Capability of RTD (Real-Time Dispatching) is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

• Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
• Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently.
• Proficient in effectively conveying information through both written and verbal communication.
• Open to taking on challenging tasks and embracing new opportunities.
