To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding Japanese to liaise with management.
• Valid forklift license.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
• Solid understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.

One Research Assistant

Period 1: 31 January – 21 February 2025 (16 mandays)

Period 2: 26 March – 11 April 2025 (12 mandays)

Up to max of 168 hours of work over the two periods.May not be expected to work every weekday

Mondays to Fridays, 9:30am to 4.30pm, 1 hour break. Not required on Sats, Suns and gazetted PH.

Use IT tools to automate data collection processes for a research study (e.g., using macros in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word):

• Generate administrative forms, reports and other materials to be sent to schools;

• Collate and check data submitted by schools;

• Communicate and clarify with schools on data submission.

May also be required to perform other administrative tasks.

RA should be meticulous and strong in IT skills. He/she must be able to use IT tools to automate data collection processes (e.g., using macros in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word).

Place of work - MOE North Buona Vista Drive, must be able to commit to work for the 2 periods.

Salary: 20 per hr.
