3. Maintain all live specimens and laboratory equipment.
4. Conduct periodic stock-taking on laboratory supplies in science laboratory and advise Science HOD / LH on stock level
5. Conduct daily cleaning of the Life Science and Physical Science laboratories.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspection repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment, breakdown.
• Identify electrical and mechanical faults. Perform tests and resolve the technical issues
• Order and replace parts, liaise with suppliers to ensure proper procurement.
• Maintain clean work environment and ensure contractors follow safety rules.
• Assist in preventive mainteance and breadk of faciloties
• Assist in administrative duties such as incident report and facilities records.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in electrical system and components
• Ability to work Overtime when necessary

• Manage resident interview records and feedback, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate outing events and participate in care planning.
• Communicate with colleagues regarding duty handovers according to SOPs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or GCE ‘A’ Level holder.
• Experience in Social Service sector or Healthcare is preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift, weekends and Public Holidays, Mon to Sun (rotating shift 5 day a week).

Working Hours/Shifts:

• AM shift: 8am to 5pm
• PM shift: 10am to 7pm
• Day Duty shift 7am to 7pm
• Night Duty shift 7pm to 7am
